Positive: The warmth, service, the staff attitude. We went out both nights we were here and it was freezing cold, but the minute you step into the Pine Chalets, it was very nice and warm, from reception, to the rooms ooh and the bathroom.,the entire place is filled with heat. We did not even need extra blankets 😜We felt welcomed and appreciated. The vintage, antique look, we loved it. The views from the chalets... Ooh sooo heavenly, it's truly paradise. We totally loved it there. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming this side
