Summary: Met with family for golf, pool and beach to finally see our beloved sanibel.Property was well maintained with beautiful pool and view from our lanai.Biggest issue was first night when master shower was clogged and leaked below to neighbors bath.She persisted in ringing doorbell at 12:30 and calling property manager and others; we were asleep and didn’t know it happened)!It was repaired next day ( hair clogging drain) but owner below was not very cordial or polite in handling situation.Kudos to Michael who manages property and Linda at rental agency who were very helpful and kind.Sanibel is still recovering from Ian , Small midges were biting and red tide rampant the two weeks we were there

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was more than we expected. Very spacious, beautiful decorations. There was an extra bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The only thing it needed was beach equipment that wasn't so old. We ended up renting a 10 x 10 tent for the beach. Otherwise it was great.

Have stayed in various units but this was our first stay in 304. This particular unit is due for a makeover and I understand that will be happening soon. The master bedroom mattress definitely needs replacing in addition to general updating of the entire unit. None of these issues, however, prevented us from having another great stay at PC.

Summary: The condo is spacious and in a very good location with ready access to the beach. The pool is fairly small but was never over crowded. There’s a nice pagoda area around the pool which was a life saver considering the heat. All pavement and surfaces were burning hot. My only complaints about the unit are the master bed mattress which is some sort of foam and incredibly uncomfortable to me. Also big foam pillows which are not my thing. The TV’s had poor sound for some reason. There’s no cabinet with basic staples like oils, seasonings, etc. So even though we cooked a lot, every single thing has to be purchased and I assume everything we would have left would have been trashed. So we through our almost a full bottle of simple syrup, for example. There were only four rolls of toilet paper in the unit for a week which seemed kind of silly considering the price of the unit. All that said, the view was gorgeous and the unit lovely.

Summary: Beautiful 3rd floor unit with a perfect view of the pool and gulf. Very quiet. Undercover parking. Condo units surrounded by tropical vegetation and trees which makes it feel like you are covered by a jungle. Grounds were perfectly maintained as well as the pool and hot tub. Private boardwalk down to the beach. Loves the resident woodpeckers and iguana who stopped by to say hello everyday.
