Negative: Creaky floor in center of room. Cool air always coming out of vents and I am someone who likes cool air. Inconvenient access.

Positive: Can’t think of anything … pumpkin bread.
Negative: Luke warm water in shower, bathtub is quite high to step in, staff did not communicate well, no WiFi for first day, worn furniture, TV about 15 years old, not HD, property pictures misleading, cannot walk out of room to a path on the river side, actually on cliff. Breakfast limited options and only 7-9 am.
Summary: I won’t be staying there again.

Positive: Location very walkable. Good unique breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Negative: The outside entrance could use some sprucing up. The hall carpet is old and frayed right in front of our room. Cushions would be nice in patio furniture.
Summary: It was a perfect spot for our short trip. Bed and room were comfortable. They have a good selection of breakfast items.

Positive: We enjoyed the wildlife around the peo. Deer and rabbits. The breakfast was fantastic, and the view was great as well.
Negative: The hot water heater broke for our first day stay, so there wasn't hot water, however they fixed it the following day.

Positive: We love the view from our balcony. We love the large jetted tub and comfortable king bed. We like the separate sitting area. We appreciate how clean the room is. We feel like the staff is very friendly. The room is quiet.
Negative: The only drawback to the property is the lack of a decent breakfast. For the room price I expected at least some scrambled eggs and maybe bacon or sausage in metal warmers. At least cereal and milk would’ve been nice. My husband had some oatmeal I think and I got some yogurt for protein but it tasted like it had spoiled, so I spit it out and threw it away. I tried to eat a muffin with it, but it was dry so I threw it out.
