Positive: It was generally very high quality with lots of nice little touches. Staff were very warm and friendly. All the fixtures and fittings were to a high standard. We loved our room. We would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. It's a very comfortable, welcoming and attractive place to spend a few nights.
Negative: They seemed a bit understaffed at breakfast which meant the service was unpredictable. The buffet wasn't replenished promptly enough, the cafetière coffee was very weak and the toast very underdone.

Positive: Great first impression. Check in lady was brilliant Upgraded to the Coach House which was exceptional. Bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom and sitting room.
Negative: The Coach house is advertised as dog friendly. As a non dog owner no matter how hard they try to clean and get rid of the dog smell it’s still there Be aware walking up and down to the main street in Pitlochry is quite a steep hill. Especially after a dinner in town and a few drinks 😀

Positive: Pine Trees has everything covered with immaculate rooms, food and most importantly staff.
Negative: Nothing about the property. The hill up if you don’t have a car is a challenge. But that wasn’t a problem because Paul duty Manager organised a lift.
