Summary: Only stayed two nights but enjoyed the beautiful location. The home is very comfortable and has everything we needed for my group of six. Conveniently located near Red Rocks and the cute town of Evergreen.

Summary: Our stay was perfect! We were attending a wedding in Bailey and this place was so conveniently located. You’re not too far from the city if you want to go there but the house is it’s own little oasis. The kids enjoyed exploring the property, the hot tub was a huge bonus, and every detail in the house was adorable! Fresh flowers, snacks, it was simply perfect. Jen the property owner was so easy to get in touch with and was wonderful! We will be coming back!

Summary: Our 3-night stay was very pleasant. The house was clean, accommodating, very accessible from Hwy 285 and met our needs nicely for the family event we attended. I wish there'd been screens on our downstairs bedroom windows. The days we were there were quite warm and the absence of screens limited our ability to open windows at night, which made for warmer overnight temps in the bedroom than we'd prefer. There were bear visits (trash can pulled out into the back area) two of our three nights, which was a little unsettling - no sightings, interactions or any damage to our belongings though. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay there again if we had similar needs in that area.

Summary: Really beautiful house that's great for large groups. Jen was kind enough to allow more than one dog, and we didn't have any issues while there! One improvement: would love a grill on the deck to enjoy (we don't know how to use a smoker ;))

Summary: This spot was perfect for our trip! We had half our group going to a concert at Red rocks and the other half looking for a chill spot to relax. We had five adults and five kids and when the rest of our group got back from the show we had tons of space for everyone. Very nice home! Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day and kids played pool and enjoyed our family at night. Amazing spot!

Summary: Loved the place. The host was great to communicate with and helped immediately when questions came up. Really clean and cozy place. My family from Texas were in awe. Since we are only an hour away. Made for an easy transit. We would like to be back again sometime soon
