Negative: It’s a steep windy road down, it’s a long ride to get to from the city centre. There is no actual pathway to the villas.

Positive: The view of Mount Batur, the caldera, and Mount Abang and Agung is absolutely stunning — truly the highlight of this place. The swimming pool also looks beautiful and complements the scenery perfectly.

Negative: However, our stay had several drawbacks. Check-in was delayed because the staff were unsure where to accommodate us. Cleaning was very infrequent — it only happened once during our week-long stay. Plates from breakfast were often left outside in the yard for more than a day, which, combined with the large number of flies in the area, became quite unpleasant. We ended up buying repellent to deal with the flies that entered the suite every time we opened the door. Additionally, we experienced two separate incidents of water not running from the tap. During one of these, the toilet broke, and repairs took many hours to complete.

Summary: Astonishing view on Batur and around, but the place is not for long staying

Positive: Beautiful mountain views for one to several nights stay, comfortable away from noise because the room is located far from the highway, so you can sleep soundly and without disturbance. The swimming pool is large and clean and there is also a small private swimming pool for soaking. If there is heavy rain this place is safe because the location is not too prominent ravine, I recommend friends in the world to stay in this place, the price is friendly and reasonable.

Positive: The location was perfect. The bedroom and swimmingpool had amazing views of mount Batur. The bed was very good, had an amazing sleep after our hike :)

Positive: Superb location with an awesome view of the mountain .. can watch the sunset and sunrise from the comfort of your bed if you don’t feel like hiking. A very accommodating and helpful staff. A memorable experience.

Negative: A little hard to find as a very new build so make sure you have the accommodation phone number handy to get directions in case you can’t find it (our taxi driver made the call for us so no need to use roaming). Also we found it hard to get transport from the hotel to our next destination but our host kindly drove us down the valley and found a taxi for us which saved the day🥳.

Summary: A brand new modern hotel in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views. A very helpful staff.
