Negative: Staff not always available in office not even during business hours. Had to ask for things that should’ve been in room already if they were checked properly eg wine glass and dishwashing liquid and hand soap.

Positive: This exceeded my expectations, the location is brilliant and quiet, the unit was absolutely lovely and extremely clean, beds were comfortable, it was well equipped with everything including portable cot and high chair. So much space as well, full functioning kitchen, BBQ and deck. Will definitely be returning again and again...

Negative: There was nothing not to like, except it was too warm to light the wood heater, maybe next time..

Positive: Location was good and beds were comfy. Kangaroos around the grounds was nice. The poll looked nice but 8am -8pm meant we didn't get a chance to use it.

Negative: You have to leave the key in the holder to keep the power on. The water for the shower was lukewarm and the shower itself was one of those modular units and was slippery. Décor was very outdated and TV didn't have apps so you could log into other providers. Signs in the room are annoying - charged extra if you leave dishes unwashed for example! Room was not serviced even though we stayed 2 nights so ran out of coffee and towels.
