Summary: The room was nice but could use a refresh. Beds are quite harsh and I don't appreciate a giant window looking into the bathroom. The desk is overflowing with mini bar items to buy but rather lacking in room amenities.

Summary: When I checked in I asked if it was possible to get a later checkout. The person at the front desk said it was best to ask the next morning. I waited and asked the next morning, it was the same person and she said the latest she can give me is half an hour bc she just booked the housekeeping. I’m confused b the answer. I would understand if they were full but the reply was they just booed the housekeeping, but I was told to ask the next morning
