Summary: Great location, lovely room, big pool & very comfy hot tub. Fitness Centre had quite a number of machines, but unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to use it. Have stayed at Pinnacle before, would stay again. Check-in & check-out very friendly & efficient. Although I’d booked a “Mountainview” room on website, it seems there really aren’t any rooms like that available, as the view has become obscured. I had a view of the harbour & across to the Vancouver skyline, which was fine.

Summary: Location in North Vancouver was wonderful! Service was good, room and common areas were clean. Restaurant on site was a plus. View from our room balcony over the harbor was spectacular and the many shops and restaurants at the Pier location just outside the hotel was super convenient and fun. Balcony needed a couple of chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. Hotel was a bit tired and could use a refresh or remodel. Overall, would recommend!

Summary: Made a new reservation to stay another night and front desk did not want to give coupon for Expedia VIP discount on food. Front desk clerk eventually gave it (as a favor) after my insisting it was a new, separate reservation. Beautiful new bathroom equipment (Kohler) but did spend a tiny bit extra to have secondary hand-held showerhead. This is important to properly clean and rinse all soap.

Summary: The room was wonderful, all you needed was there. The restaurant was noisy, high music. A waiter was very “kind” to give us a lecture about tipping in Vancouver, did not feel so nice. But we will highly recommend staying in on of the beautiful rooms.

Summary: The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Literally steps from the waterfront, the nicest restaurants, coffee shops and the sea bus terminal. It may not be super luxury but I'd say this is one of the better hotel for its price range. Comfy bed, pillows and sheets. Great toilet and bathroom. The gym looks like it's shared with some condo residents though. All in all, great value for the price.

Summary: Great stay for quick visit in North Vancouver. Fast and efficient check in/out. Only draw back was the restaurant/bar attached to hotel - not very good service the night we went - not sure if it was a staffing issue but pretty poor hospitality and took over 45 minutes to get a drink and appt. Could do with some improvement. Waitress blamed the “system” on error and mistakes…
