Summary: Quiet, comfortable room with beautiful view of the ocean and seaplanes. Comfortable bed. Spacious lobby with attentive, helpful staff at lobby and at restaurant. Nice balcony off restaurant. The rooms could probably use an update, bathrooms in particular. Everything was very clean though and well taken care of.

Summary: I booked this hotel based on location and that they had a hot tub. I could not use the hot tub due to the number of kids at one point and then number of adults at another. Disappointed the balcony did not have any chairs to sit on. No robes in the room.

Summary: We had such a lovely stay ladt year after our Alaska cruises that we did it again this year. It's super easy to get here from Canada Place. Dropped the luggage then walked about. Had a great lunch on the balcony before our room was ready. Also enjoyed happy hour. Our room was on the 16th floor and had a beautiful view of the harbour through the huge open window. This is the second time that we enjoyed dinner here. We plan on returning next year.

Summary: Great hotel including location, amenities, service with the exception of Pegah the hostess for breakfast who denied us stating dogs are not allowed even on the patio outside. You allow dogs in rooms, all around the lobby and within 10 feet of the folks dining inside but even outside is not okay? Doesn't make sense.

Summary: We had such a great experience and enjoyed our stay,everything was great except the Coffee machine in the room was not good, making coffee was challenging, also the toilet paper in the room had a really cheap quality but in the main hotel lobby was great.
