Positive: The apartment was roomy and clean
Negative: The building is extremely noisy due to the floor boards. Above the apartment lives a family. Loud TV, walking and running noises and conversations, frequent banging noises from dropping things, shoes, use of bathroom etc are all carried loudly through the building.

Positive: The apartment was comfortable and clean. Our host Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the stay that much better.
Negative: Parking was tricky, but only because we had an extra car that was unexpected. Carlos was very helpful in finding available street parking. Parking in Jersey City is very challenging in general, so make sure you communicate how many parking spots are required.

Positive: I really appreciated how clean and well-kept the space was. It was cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home.
Negative: There wasn’t much I didn’t like—just a few small things( bit of a noise) that could be improved for an even better experience.

Positive: The host was extremely courteous and accommodating. The location was excellent, we used it for a family trip into manhattan. Close to train, Lincoln tunnel, etc. Compared to other similar locations, the price was right.
Negative: The host’s family lives above the property, and you can hear everything. The pictures in the listing were a bit misleading - the part of the property we had had only some of the rooms that are in the pictures. It would be worth confirming with the host ahead of time which part of the house your size family has. Cleanliness was fine but not like what you would expect at a normal motel.
Summary: Excellent location, very loud and make sure you know which rooms you’re getting.
