Positive: Location was lovely set in a very quiet village, there is another cottage attached to Pippin and other houses very close by, but the property is laid out with a fence and hedging to provide a private garden space and makes sure that you are never overlooked from any angle.

Positive: Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Pippin. The cottage was very clean and cosy with great facilities. We loved the local walks especially over the plains and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. The village of Martin is beautiful and within easy reach of Salisbury, Fordingbridge and the New Forest. Cathy, our host, was very welcoming with homemade cakes on arrival.

Negative: It was difficult to find the property, as no directions provided, only the postal address. It is tucked away!
