Summary: It definitely could have been cleaner. There was dirt that has built up on the overhead fan, we did not turn the fan on as we didn't want dirt flying. The bedspread looked like it had a urine stain on it.

Summary: Generally the condition of the property is in need of repairs and upgrades. We found the door to the sink panel was broken, cold water tap in kitchen sink did not work,toilet seat cover hinge broke, door to the balcony did not lock

Summary: Nothing is as described, the pool was closed and looks like it hasn’t been opened in a year. The room that we booked was not the room that we got , don’t believe the pictures with the nice gyms and what not they don’t exist either. Basically the entire hotel is under construction. They should disclose this to Potential. Renters. The only positive thing here was at the room was pretty clean.

Summary: No mention of demolished pool. Upon arrival, door was open and realtor inside with another woman having a meeting. Odd. No one on site and no phone number to communicate issues ... The email instructions are incorrect on how to lock the door digitally from outside. Had issues with the a/c and tv remote. Patio door did not lock. Rusty balcony furniture. Glad we were only there one night.

Summary: Unit needs a renovation. No cold running water in the kitchen area, a drizzle of hot. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom. Back door to balcony didn't latch so everytime we opened the front door it opened the back door. It was very windy and cold for Daytona all week so when we'd leave the back door would open and we'd come back to a cold room. The king bed was great, good matress but 1 very flat pillow. The 2nd bed was broken. When you sat on it it nearly fell apart. No blankets. Said non smoking room but there had definitely been smoking in the room. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so always look for a non-smoking room but this one had been smoked in recently. A number of electrical plugs didn't work. Owner said to let him know if we had problems, texted him about the water in the kitchen and got no response so i didn't bother about the other stuff.

Summary: It was pretty run down and not cleaned. The floors were so dirty I had to wear my shoes the entire time. I think there is also some black mold in the floor and ceiling.
