Positive: Lovely modern apartment and fantastic pool outside. Extremely comfortable, large bed, excellent outdoor furniture both on the balcony and use of the sunbeds round the pool. Outdoor area regularly very well maintained while we stayed. Kitchen really well equipped and other little extras available in the cupboards such as mosquito plug ins, bat and ball set. Guessing from previous people staying but was really helpful that they're left for others to use. I've booked again already for next year!

Negative: Hot water was in short supply, there’s barely enough for shower x 2 adults - need to be super quick! Could do with some large drinking glasses and sharp knives that actually slice! A couple of tea-towels needed (one insufficient) Heating worked great (March stay) We experienced no water supply on one occasion which was quickly sorted.
Summary: Great apartment, very clean and minutes from beach.

Positive: The apartment was located just one block from the beach so absolutely perfect if you don’t want to rent a car. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was super clean, very modern and had everything you need. Perfect little apartment for anyone wishing to visit the area.
Negative: Nothing at all. Maybe add a light to the downstairs communal area as it’s very dark coming up the stairs at night.

Positive: This apartment is in an excellent location, we are familiar with the location. The apartment was furnished to a very good standard. It was very comfortable and clean. Lots of essential items in the apartment, a bit like home from home. There was everything you could think of, a lot of thought has gone into this apartment to make it as convenient and comfortable as possible. The apartment has a lovely large balcony facing out onto the quiet street and also facing the pool. The pool side has ample sun loungers and parasol stands. The apartment has washing machine and airer, but you can also hang washing upon the roof. There is a kettle, a Dolce gusto machine (don't forget your pods). There is a large handy convenience store at the end of the street. You are literally just a couple of minutes from the beach. There is also a lovely children's play area just down the street, sheltered under the trees. 10 minutes walk to the main port, bit there are also restaurants within 5 minute walk.The check in was a breeze, and the agent was very communicative and helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions.
Negative: The only disadvantage for us was we could not get an English channel on the TV, it was either Spanish or German, we tried reprogramming but no luck. Also we would have liked the apartment to have a safe for our valuables. A second key would have been good also, however there was a key safe outside the apartment. Finally, we were there for 14 Nights, and within that time you not receive a mid stay clean, change of bedding/towels... We were advised there would be a spare change of bedding but there wasn't. There is however as previously mentioned a washing machine, therefore you can do this yourself.
Summary: Excellent apartment with pool & close to the beach!

Positive: Nice sized accommodation for two people. We chose it because it had a washing machine. It's in a nice suburb within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants in Port de Pollensa. The apartment is very well equipped. We cooked meals for ourselves during most of our stay.
Negative: We liked the property a lot. We would like to suggest some very small improvements… a guest book with instructions e.g. where to take your rubbish would be helpful. Matching crockery being stacked neatly in the cupboards (the crockery was left randomly stuffed in cupboards and drawers). The towels were thin and old, a spare set would be good so that we could wash/dry them easily. A second tea towel to dry the dishes would be helpful. Beach towels, beach chairs and a parasol for use by guests would also have been appreciated.
Summary: A very nice apartment in a good location, ideal for two people wishing to do some self-catering.
