Positive: The apartment was so nice, the shower was hot and the pressure was decent, everything was clean, having a whole kitchen was great. Keypad access to the building in your room so I didn't have to worry about losing keys. Very short walk to the convention center. Some parking next to the building, and more parking available nearby at the Greyhound station.
Negative: Could hear the trains one of the four nights we were there, not sure if the other side of the building would be affected.
