Summary: The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Upon arriving at 6pm, our apartment wasn’t ready due to a corporate event, delaying check-in until 7pm despite the 4pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating. The front desk team was sincerely apologetic and provided some thoughtful goodies, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Summary: Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying.

Summary: When I checked in to my room, it was not up to par and had a weird smell like something was burning. When I informed the front desk Receptionist Erica- she took care of it right away! She even upgraded my room! Give her a raise! Great customer service!!
