Positive: Liked all the options of restaurants, shops, bars and things to do. Also, lots of things close to the hotel. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but it looked nice. Fitness center was also good.
Negative: The check in process took an hour. We had Ceasar's rewards and my wife stood in that line while I stood in the regular line. When she got to the front of the line, it wouldn't work, and the staff member who was helping with that line would not complete the check in process and said she would have to get in the long line, that I was already in. So, that was not very helpful
Summary: Fun time in Vegas! Would stay there again.

Positive: * I like that it is connected to the shops @Miracle Mile, and it is right off the strip. *Hallway and room decor are with Modern vibe
Negative: *I don't mind paying for parking - but it's too far from the hotel itself - you have to cross the half of Miracle Mile just to reach the parking garage *Maybe we forgot to tip the front desk that she gave us very bad room location with the view of the HVAC equipments/machinery...that is kind of mean and rude considering I have ask her politely that if they have an available room with a nice strip view - make our stay lovely...we would appreciate it...so she moved us from 37th to 16th floor - with those view...lol!we as paying guests - were just too busy to ask her again - Not sure if we are ever going back again..😆😤 *Also, room was an adjoining room where you hear the noise on the other side...

Positive: Excellent location along the strip with very good facilities. Plenty of shows to choose from as well as a short walk to many others. The pool area was nice with plenty of activities. Would stay h ere again in the future.
Negative: Poor signage to get to long term parking. The GPS took us the wrong way first even when we got to the correct entrance it was still unclear for hotel parking vs visiting the stores.

The staff occasionally looked like they'd rather be anywhere but at work at times but hey, they're having to deal with all sorts of Vegas madness coming in and out so I can't blame them! All in all I would recommend for a stay in Vegas, couple of group!

Negative: Attitude of staff at checkin, refused room we had paid for and told by Brian (Manager) take it or leave the hotel at 11.30pm after travelling 11 hours. Room only cleaned twice told they don’t have to clean room or give clean towels, had to beg for toilet roll.

Positive: It was a good location. There was a lot of stuff in the casino.
Negative: They charge way to much for drink by the pool. I bought four drinks for me and my friends and it was $200!!! They were two piña colada’s and margarita. The pool area is not that great. They don't put out hardly any chairs for people. Just the ones you have to pay for. With drinks that cost that much they could add a few more chairs. The whole vibe at the pool was not what you would expect for Vegas.
