Summary: The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. 0ur room was very clean. It was compact but fairly typical for a hotel room in a large European city like Paris. The hotel is on a quiet side street, located only a 2 minute walk away from a Monoprix grocery store and a shopping mall. The nearest Metro station is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and you can get anywhere conveniently in Paris taking the Metro. I would be happy to stay at the Platine hotel again on our next visit to Paris!

Summary: Hotel staff was great especially front desk and breakfast facilities staff. Very disappointed with the elevator issue. I had booked 2 rooms and had special request for wheelchair accessible. The 2 nd day elevator started having problems. I was supposed to be fixed that night and then broke again the next day. It was a struggle to get the person who required assist of wheelchair to get down 6 floors.we had to switch hotel the next for that reason.l as it became very challenging. I do want to give credit to the front staff who carried our 2 bags all the way down from the 6 th floor.
