Summary: I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We stayed a week so my grandson could attend space camp. When I booked, it was an affordable option close to NASA. I didn’t expect much. This was the perfect hotel for a space trip. Photos of different launches all around the hotel, beautiful space artwork in the rooms & instead of curtains, our room had a roller shade with a view of earth & the moon from space. That was all a big bonus for my grandson. Dog friendly. We brought our dog, who will never be tortured with a vacation again. She cried for days, we ended up having someone come get her. They refunded me the pet fee for the remaining days we had. Breakfast is good. Limited, but for complimentary, it was good & convenient since we had to leave early every day. The owner was out every day, speaking to people & actively working. Housekeeping came daily. The only complaint I’d have is that I had no cell service in my room. Anywhere else in the hotel, it was fine, but my room most of the time was one bar or SOS. And one day I lost wifi in my room as well. They called their IT guy & offered up a quiet spot for me to work that day. It was fixed by the next day. Pool could use some updating, but my understanding is that they just bought it and it seems like they are prioritizing the rooms first. Hot tub was out of order when we first arrived. It was fixed a few days later. My impression is that these are new owners & are being proactive to create a welcoming environment.

Summary: Man working front desk had to keep calling for help to check folks in. Breakfast was from 6-9 and they mean 8:59. They started shutting down breakfast at 8:59 which I can understand not putting any more items out but they started clearing all food and turned the juice machine off with over 30 people still eating and asking for juice being told sorry it is a strict policy we say 9am. Several customers had to keep asking for food items because no one was tending the breakfast area. They also have a sign that says don’t take food to your room. Hot tub is down and not mentioned on website. The parking is horrible and feels unsafe. The man working the desk is very unprofessional when you complain about anything. Shower did not turn off fully so was running all night. The ironing board was broke. The elevator sounds and feels like it is on its last life. The only positive was the size of the room.

Summary: When we arrived the front desk manager Paul was very friendly and helpful. After getting to our room 225 we found everything clean and neat. Also this hotel ia very close to alot of stores and restaurants. Also there's a fresh hot breakfast waffles, beagals, cereal, juice, sausage, etc. Nice pool and plenty extra towels at front desk. Great stay and price. Thank you front desk Paul, Nicole and Sue!!!!

Summary: The check in was fast, the location was good. There was plenty of restaurants and everything around there, including coffee shops. The only thing I will say is it’s transitioning from an old la Quinta into the new platinum Hotel. There are a few things that need to be updated. We had to go downstairs to let the staff know that our TV was going out. We were not able to watch TV due to the lines that we’re going across it, but overall the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: Had a phenomenal stay. The rooms are spacious. We booked two beds. Our toom has a sofa, desk, and table in the living area. Comoliemntary free breakfast. Pets allowed with a one time 25$ USD non-refundable deposit. Which is great. Front desk staff is super nice. Convwnientocation, 2 mknites from I-45.
