This home is perfect for family gatherings sitting on 5 acres and gated for privacy. Lots of space outside for parking and outdoor activities. This home offers a huge game room with TV, pool table and ping pong table for entertainment. Families have 2 separate homes both housing up to 6 adults connected by a patio with outdoor grill and fire pit. The home has been completely updated and offers a nice modern look. Kitchens are fully equipped and catering with chef can be set up for family events or special occasions. Large beds with linens and bath towels are provided.
We consider the main house the one in the back. It has the white leather couches with yellow pillows. Primary ensuite is downstairs with no steps. The other 2 jack & Jill bedrooms are upstairs, counting 3 total.
The guest house in the front has the grey couch and has 2 bedrooms 2 baths downstairs.
This property is perfect for small events like family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, showers and small weddings. Depending on your event, you will be charged an additional charge on top of the nightly rate (if staying overnight), and requirement of portable restrooms and insurance policy in the event something unexpected occurred. Parking restrictions will be discussed as well. We have access to private chefs and any events rentals you need for any type of event you are looking to have. Summary: The house and property were beautiful. Only issues were sink and toilet in main bedroom in first house kept clogging, we barely used them. Main door handle to back house was broke. When we went to retrieve key, handle just pulled out of place. Other than that the house was perfect for our family stay.

Summary: The Good: The house was absolutely beautiful, Communication was good as there were a few things not working properly that received a quick response. The Bad: There were only 2 wash cloths in the 3 bedroom main house and the grill/smoker was not up to par for cooking for an event. The Ugly: Before I booked I notified Shelly about hosting a baby shower, informed her on the amount of people invited, she agreed and I paid the event fee. 3 hours before check-in she messaged me saying we need to solve a problem; that the neighbor was having a party the same night and the amount of chairs/tables I had ordered for the baby shower. I clarified the amount of people I invited and needing to explain that I ordered 70 chairs due to setting the party upstairs in the game room and in the garage. Shelly asking 5 times for the number of people coming she only replied to be careful with that amount of people in the game room as the floors have not been replaced yet and threatened “I really don’t want to come out and count people,” so I checked in. If booking for an event, I would give her the guest list, the plans to what you are ordering for the event, and how you are expecting to setup. The rental agreement gives her the right to right to refuse service to anyone, and to enter and inspect the home at any time. If I knew what I know now I would have chosen the Lake Access 10 acre retreat with a pool in Belton.

Summary: The place is big, surrounded by greenery with all the in-house facilities. We booked for a family vacation with kids and had everything available at the time of checkin. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean, with nice and big game room which our kids loved it and we also spent a lot of time playing pool and the ping pong. Overall good trip, there were few minor issues observed but the property manager is VERY good and responsive. She immediately tried to resolve and those which were unresolved, owner was kind enough to refund the necessary amount promptly. Loved the place and worth visiting.

Summary: The property was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautiful. I used it to house my wedding party during our Austin wedding and it was perfect with so so much extra space! The only downside is that it is farther than it looks on a map away from Spicewood/Dripping Springs area. Host was easy and the check in process was simple!

Summary: We stayed at this rental for the weekend for my nephews wedding. Perfect location and close to the 71 West venue. I would highly recommend this place with a large family. 2 homes on one property close to each other and a nice game room to hang out in. Also has a nice huge garage that the game room is on top of. The guest house has two bathrooms and two bedrooms (king bed in one and two queen size beds in other room. Couch in guest house folds out into a bed. The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One king size bedroom and then the other two rooms have queen beds in each. The view from the main living room is amazingly beautiful! It was cold and rainy but this place made up for a rainy stay. The only downside we had was the WiFi was not working so we used all our hotspot data up on our phones to watch tv. Thank you for sharing your beautiful homes with us. We hope to be able to rent again in the future.

Summary: This was a great stay for myself and my family. We had a group of 9 adults. Plenty of space to spread out. Game room was super fun!! Would stay at this property again. Check in was effortless! Host even left a binder full of eateries and attractions.
