Negative: They charge $25 per day for parking and $25 per day for another hotel fee . None of this was communicated previously, so it ends up being an unpleasant and unexpected cost which affects the whole experience when checking off.
Summary: $25 per parking per day! Not reasonable.

Positive: Beautiful hotel with really nice big rooms. Best Pina Colada we ever had at the pool bar.
Negative: The receptionist at check out was extremly rude and kinda ruined the amazing stay we had. She seemed mad we booked through booking.com, but if you have the hotel posted here how can one be mad we booked through it? Really sad such a rude person who never once appologized for being wrong over and over again, worked at such a lovely hotel. And really wierd the hotel manager never showed their face when the receptionist repeatedly went to them for help with their wrong doings.
