Positive: Big and comfortable flat, equipped with all we needed (my 2 sons and me) and even more. We also had beach umbrella and seats offered by the owners. Sitting room balcony with view right in front of the Rincon beach (which was 100 meters distant) and of the pedestrian walk with all the beach restaurants. Guillermo has been a great host and has helped us for anything we've asked. We used the flat as base camp both to reach the several beaches of Costa del Sol and to visit the beautiful towns of Andalusia (e.g. Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Malaga, etc.)
Summary: Great flat, great host and excellent position for sea and Andalusia town visits.

Positive: Great location that was unique with the entrance on main street and the other end of the flat with a balcony overlooking the beach and boardwalk with natural waves to listen to at any hour. Almost everything one needed was within a few blocks walking.

Positive: We spent a week in this comfortable apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and located directly on the beach. We stayed at the end of December and were able to sit on the balcony, watching people strolling along the promenade, and easily access the beach whenever we wanted. Even in December, the temperature was pleasant, with sunlight entering the living room from sunrise to sunset. You can even watch the sunrise from the balcony (at least in winter). We didn’t hear any noise from neighboring apartments.
Negative: There is a parking space in front of the apartment, but it’s often full. However, we managed to find a spot during our stay.
