Positive: This place is fabulous. Beautiful, peaceful immaculately kept villa. We have travelled all over Mexico beaches looking for a place that at minimum met its internet description; Playanet is the place to stay at. No detail left to chance. The owner reached out immediately immediately after our check in to ensure that all was well, and let me know that she would answer any questions and address any concerns. We will be back.

Positive: The apartment was perfect for our needs. We loved all the extras that came with the place like Febreeze, quality toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, candles, lots of towels, and comfy bedding. The grounds and pool area are beautifully designed and taken care of daily. Plus, there are beach chairs available to use. But most importantly the guest service that Muriel provides is second to none. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and comfortable during your stay. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations about things to do or where to eat. The location is great as well. We will be back!

Positive: We spent three wonderful days at these beachfront apartments in Chelem. The facilities are spotlessly clean and beautifully designed for comfort and enjoyment. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the stay extremely pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed both the beach and the pool — having the option to relax by the ocean or take a dip in the pool was perfect. It’s a great place to unwind from the stress of everyday life. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Muriel, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always available for anything that came up, which made us feel truly welcome and cared for.

Summary: We truly loved our time here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended.

Positive: The space was beautiful, and Muriel was very nice and accommodating. The outdoor space was tranquil and felt like an oasis. The ocean was steps away and there was a wonderful saline pool. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend.

Positive: This was absolutely the best place we stayed in during our trip to Yucatan. The apartment looks amazing and the equipment is great. There is everything you need. The pool area is great and there is a nice beach right in front of the building. The owner is very helpfull. Plus Chelem is a really nice place to visit.
