Positive: The Location is really good, and the Hotel itself is nice with very simple decor, the facilities are ok too. Let's say that it's a good choice if you want to be in the very centre of Puno, shops and restaurants are close by and Titikaka Lake is just 15min walk away. If you are looking for a luxury place and you have high standards maybe look for something a bit more high-end. Me and my partner have been happy here for a couple of days.

Negative: Breakfast was quite poor and the pictures of the hotels are different from the reality.

Negative: They change you with an additional 4% if you pay by credit card. The room was cold and without heating. Often the recepition was empty and we needed to wait.

Positive: Close to main square, had a tub but did not have time to use it. Cheaper as we didn’t stay a night but checked in for 2 night as we were arriving early and leaving late. Breakfast was really good too

Negative: No ac in the room. My cards wouldn’t work to pay for room thankfully my friends did
