Positive: Lovely view over the plaza, very friendly host, all facilities for self catering ( didn’t use much) perfect location, parking way to find and about 300 m walk.
Negative: Drains a little smelly but not overbearing , probably standard Spanish plumbing (with poor traps) otherwise apartment absolutely fine
Summary: Great evening atmosphere from the plaza but amble to close the doors and the sound if needed

Positive: Location was exceptional. Apartment was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Room with a view.....didn't need a TV. Plaza Mayor was buzzing and the lighting up every night was a huge crowd pleaser.
Negative: The lady meeting us to gain access to the apartment didn't respond to our calls, text and Booking.com messages when we arrived in Salamanca. We waited one hour fifteen minutes before we gained access. Problematic because we had much luggage and my husband had to park car. Parking very difficult. I had to sit for an hour with all our luggage on my own on a bench at corner of Plaza! Not ideal! Lucky it wasn't raining! The photos of the accommodation didn't show or state that there is a very narrow winding staircase to upper floor.

Positive: Great location, though the plaza can be noise till 12am. 3 bathrooms was excellent. lots of space and our host Nerea, was very responsive and helpful and tried to helped us where ever possible.
Negative: Just suggestions though not a deal breaker for us: Specific instructions for travellers would help and the host should meet at Plaza Mayor taxi stand. AC shuts off at 10 pm, should provide fans for both bedrooms. Could do with some cabinetry in the bathrooms, provide soap and shampoo. Larger bath towels would help!. Instructions in English for the appliances would be very handy! Offer pre paid cleaning service though we managed as our Host helped organise it for us.
Summary: Excellent stay overall, great location , great space for a family of 4 for 2 weeks!
