Positive: Great location. Studio apartment was very well equipped. Balcony and quiet view over the back yard.
Negative: Access only via a steps, but less then 10 so managed with luggage. Shame the pool roof area was closed already.
Summary: Great location, studio apartment at the back facing the court yard nice and quiet.

Positive: Good location staff all very friendly and helpful. Pool handy and nice temp
Negative: Beds were uncomfortable, but staff were very helpful in trying to resolve for me. A little run down and old, could do with a refresh

Positive: Sea view and location with bus stop just in front of the hotel. The breakfast place is cool with the view.
Negative: There is some noise from the street and also other rooms. There are (not strong) strange smell in the room. There was one cockroach. The air condition is a bit noisy and sometimes turns off automatically.

Positive: The hotel is in a very convenient location with many buses to various locations across the island. We managed to get direct buses to mdina, the aquarium and obviously, valletta.
Negative: Well where do I start? We'd booked a family room expecting something like the pictures, here on booking.com- you know large room, table for 4, imagine our disappointment with a tiny room that we were unable to navigate our way around without having to climb over beds! A tiny round table that we couldn't even play cards on. Do not trust the images here! We did request a different room to be offered a room directly above us ( so same dimensions) and involved leaving our luggage in the luggage room ( at our own risk) and moving it later- we declined. Secondly within minutes of turning up ( we all do the same, open the cupboard doors, drawers and wardrobe)- the door fell off the wardrobe.admittedly maintenance fixed it - the next day 🙄 Other issues with the room include the precariously placed glass tops to the table, dressing table and bedside cabinets- these are an accident waiting to happen, especially in a family room where there may be small people! Talking of small people of you are under 8ft don't even think about reaching anything in the kitchen cabinets. onto the " services" yes they clean daily, which is great provided you are up and out of the room by 8:30. The second day of being roused from our slumbers we took to putting the " do not disturb" sign on the door until we were up and out. Did the cleaners return to clean? we had to ask reception for toilet roll, so let that answer that question. Overall disappointing.

Positive: Convenient location. Very nice pool terrace with wonderful view. We got a very spacious room with a large bathroom which was very comfortable.
Negative: The floor in the room was weird. It was always slippery. Several of the furniture, especially wardrobe, need a little repair.

Positive: What's there not to like. Been coming here for over ten years. Everything is within reach. Bus stop out the front of hotel. Great staff, very clean, restaurants near by. Easy to around. Perfect place to stay. Pool is great very clean.
