Summary: Property was very nice great view from our room. Staff not helpful or overly friendly at the desk. Charged twice for something no receipt given so no proof.

Summary: Lovely short stay in this well located hotel. Our room looked newly refurbished with a kitchen area and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf to sit your toothbrush etc. On arrival you are faced with quite a number of steps which were not welcome with a heavy suitcase, however I am sure if we had gone inside and asked for help it would have been given as all staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel.

Summary: I’ve stayed here before but never experienced so many issues. First night the bed was so uncomfortable and people coming and going slamming doors until after 2am in the morning. Reception came to address the issue, but to no avail. I asked to be moved to another floor for the second night. Both rooms had frosted windows with barely any natural light as they looked into a stairwell. Shower was cold this morning and the slamming doors were still an issue in the 1st floor. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy and pool area lovely with the view. I chose a basic room but even then it was not worth the money.
