Summary: It was excellent. This hotel has a wonderful old feel style to it. I love it. It’s my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed at in Reno. The room was clean. The lobby was amazing. The amenities were great.

Summary: Hotel is nice and clean. Good location. Staff is friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows not so much. Overall it’s a good hotel and I would stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable. We loved the pool, although we did have to wait for clean towels. Very friendly staff.

Summary: A big older feeling hotel but clean. Only thing is there is a club across the street that was very loud until 3am

Summary: We were visiting family. Got back to our room late. Our tv would not work and called front desk number. They said nobody was avaliable to help and to call back after 8am.

Summary: Room was very spacious. Nice accommodations but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Parking is a little scary. We were lucky my husband took off his work rack otherwise our truck would not have fit. Great location- we could walk to the river walk & to restaurants or casino easily.

Summary: The hotel room was clean and a nice size. I chose this hotel for the pool but there was a class going on with moms and their infants, so, it wasn’t available to us.

Summary: Very old hotel, think early 1900's western opulence that has never been updated. Dingy old decoration and fixtures, clean but worn. The room was slightly more modern than the rest of the hotel, and less dingy. Decent place to sleep for a night, but not what i would choose for anything more than that.
