Summary: My overall stay was definitely a 5 start home was very clean we had clean towels all air conditioners worked great Wi-Fi worked great. U can tell this host has more than one property he’s hosting because we did receive the wrong check in code but he did respond back quickly and was able to get us in the home quickly and also the grass was pretty high those was my only 2 problems throughout the whole weeks stay literally it was very quiet I would definitely book again for sure thanks to the great host and great property

Summary: This place is budget friendly, and a short ride to Hart Plaza, which was important to us. Shower was good; good temperature and decent pressure. However, place was dirty, there were piles of trash outside, there wasn't enough bedding for both beds, there were no lights on the porch or the stairs leading up to the unit, as soon as we needed something from the property manager, they went radio silent.

Summary: We stayed for a few days for a concert and it worked out perfectly! The host, Justin, was super helpful and very quick at responding even late at night. The property was very cute and had just about everything you needed to stay. For the couple of nights we were there, there was plenty of places around to eat and go explore. Recommend for a quick trip!!

Summary: We stayed in this apartment for four days. Here are some of our observations, both good and bad. The best thing about this apartment is that the interior is renovated and decorated very nicely. It is very clean except for the blinds. Someone took care to make it inviting. The beds are comfortable and it is stocked with supplies. They just overlooked a few things. There were no flat sheets on the beds and no washcloths. We told the owner and he had sheets shipped in, but no washcloths. Also, if you come, you might want to bring some two-prong electric adapters because most of the plugs are ungrounded. This apartment is in a very questionable area. The neighborhood is dirty and there are plenty of boarded up houses around. When we first arrived, we were given a four-digit numerical code for the lockbox, but the lock on the door required three letters. We tried for about 40 minutes to contact the owner via email and Facebook. We were just about to leave when he contacted us with the code for the external box and the correct code for the internal lockbox (different than the one originally sent to us). After that, he was responsive and friendly. He seemed to want to make our stay comfortable. There is a television in the living room (not the bedrooms), but it does not seem to be connected to any local channels. I think it was a Roku television and the kids tell me someone’s Netflix account was signed in. There are regular tenants on the first floor (this is a second floor apartment) and they come in late and are VERY noisy. It sounded like a kid was running back and forth until the wee hours of the morning. We had to turn on the window AC fans to drown out the noise so we could sleep. The location has easy access to I-94 and you can get to The Henry Ford in about 20 minutes. I also would recommend a day at the St. Clair Metropark about 20 minutes away.
