Summary: Haus Meulenwald is een rustige plaats om te verblijven. Beheerders zijn vriendelijke mensen. Huis is netjes, schoon en voorzieningen zijn goed.

Summary: Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in Heidweiler. Wij hebben genoten van de fijne tuin. Gelukkig konden wij vaak buiten eten want de eethoek was erg donker en de eettafel vrij klein voor 6 volwassenen. Twee slaapkamers waren groot met brede bedden. De derde slaapkamer was eigenlijk niet geschikt voor twee volwassenen: het bed was smal en kraakte enorm. Daarnaast had deze slaapkamer geen enkele kast o.i.d. Het enige dat er stond was een stoel. De badkamers hadden geen slot, ook niet handig met 6 volwassenen. Kortom: een groot huis in een prachtige omgeving maar wel met een aantal verbeterpunten. Niet geschikt voor 6 volwassenen maar meer voor hooguit 4 volwassenen en twee kinderen.

Summary: Werden goed ontvangen. Zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Hadden problemen met de auto en er werd onmiddelijk een plaatselijke garagehouder opgebeld, die ons gelukkig kon helpen. Ook waren ze altijd bereid om uitleg te geven i.v.m. wandelingen en bezienswaardigheden. Mooie accommodatie, een dampkamp in de keuken zou wel handig zijn ! Rustige omgeving.

Summary: Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Het was wat fris voor de zomer, maar dit werd meteen verholpen door de cv aan te zetten. Alleen even vragen. Was geen enkel probleem. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er. Prachtige omgeving. Vanuit het huis zie je het wild lopen. Echt prachtig. En als je de moeite neemt om in de omgeving te wandelen kom je ook veel reeën tegen. Vooral vroeg in de morgen. Echt prachtig. Bij Zell een reis over de Moesel naar Cochem gemaakt. Was ook heel mooi. Kasteel Eltz is ook een echte aanrader. Ligt prachtig in het groen. Zeker de moeite waard voor mensen die van rust en ruimte houden.

Summary: We mochten eerder de accommodatie binnen en dat was erg fijn aangezien we aardig op tijd aankwamen. Het was een mooie, idyllische woning en plek. Wel omdat het een oud gebouw is, laag ligt, etc is het huis koud en vochtig. We hebben door gezondheid van de jongste een wat mindere week gehad, maar dat mocht de pret verder niet drukken. Buiten een fijne plek ook met schommels en je loopt zo het bos in. De eigenaresse is zeer gastvrij en (kind) vriendelijk. Veel te doen en zien ook in de omgeving.

Summary: Voor een vakantiehuis is het een zeer ruime woning. Achter de woning is een ruim terras waar je heerlijk privé kunt zitten. Het huisje ligt midden in de natuur, heerlijk rustig. In het huis is het vrij koel. Voor een warme zomerdag is dat lekker, maar bij iets minder goed weer voelt het koud aan.

Summary: We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en goed wegwijs gemaakt in het huis. Het huis is zeer ruim en erg netjes. Goede bedden en ruime badkamer. De omgeving is erg mooi en zeer rustig en erg mooi om te wandelen. We hebben daar erg genoten en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Summary: Was goed te vinden huis, vriendelijke mevrouw die rondleiding gaf. Super mooie omgeving als je van rust en wandelen houdt, je kunt zo vanaf je huis mooie wandeljngen maken.

Summary: We werden goed ontvangen door de buurvrouw omdat de eigenares zelf een aantal dagen weg was. De buurvrouw was erg vriendelijk. De eigenares zelf arriveerde halverwege de week. Zij legde ons opnieuw alle regels van het huisje uit op een strenge manier. Aan het einde van de week hebben we samen door het huisje gelopen om alles te controleren. Pas toen de eigenares zag dat we het huisje netjes hadden achtergelaten deed ze aangenaam tegen ons. De rest van de week heb ik me er erg onwelkom gevoeld. Wij denken dat zij eerder een slechte ervaring heeft gehad met jongeren. Hierdoor kregen wij de schuld van een verbogen stang in de schommel waarvan wij heel zeker weten dat wij deze niet hebben verbogen. Het huisje zag er in het begin goed uit. Maar de bedden hadden andere afmetingen als op de website staat aangegeven waardoor wij nieuw beddengoed hebben moeten kopen. Het is een oud huis met dikke muren waardoor het binnen altijd koud en vochtig is. De handdoeken die je gebruikt in het huisje worden nooit goed droog tenzij je ze buiten hangt. Verder is de tuin erg mooi, er is een mooi terras waar je kan zitten. en er zijn veel paden waar je kunt wandelen.
