Grab a coffee and sit out on the deck overlooking the lake, or take a short stroll down the road to two great local restaurants. In the summer, enjoy the expansive docks on the water, and sit under the string lights next to a cozy fire. Whether you are a summer lover, fall leaf peeper or winter sports enthusiast, Brantingham has it all!
Brantingham is a quaint town in the Adirondack park, two great restaurants within walking distance from the home. Boating on Brantingham lake, Pleasant Lake does not allow motors but has excellent fishing and makes for great kayaking! 25 Foot dock with full length bench to enjoy sunsets on the lake. There is so much to this house, you just have to see it to fully enjoy everything it has to offer.

Summary: This house was amazing. Had everything that was stated and more. The house was very spacious and accommodated our families. There was lots of fishing, swimming and memories were made!

Summary: We went with extended fam, 7 adults and 6 children ages 1-11. Pros- super cute little lake, no motorized vehicles allowed so it’s perfect for swimming. This is the best dock on the lake and very nice. We were able to check in a few hours early which was very nice. The area is cute and close to a bigger lake in Brantingham. The neighbors (that we met) were very welcoming. There were plenty of beds to accommodate us. Cons- we underestimated how many spiral staircases there were and how little gates. Three spiral staircases and only 2 of 6 necessary gates. Even for the adults the stairs get annoying at best. Only one shower. The deck and stairs outside were quite dangerous with different levels/ depths and no railings (I did fall and twist my ankle). The deck must have been recently modified but there were rusty nails ect in the sitting area of the fireplace- another hazard. The kitchen sink is basically the water pressure of a drinking fountain idk what’s up with that. Temps were about 80s while we were there and even warmer inside especially up in the bedrooms with no AC. We stayed 6 nights and could have used more than the allotment of basic supplies (4tp, 3 dishwasher pods -and a couple garbage bags) but we made a run to the store. Overall we had a good time, and made the best of it but I wouldn’t stay there again with kids or in the heat.

Summary: This home was the most ideal place for my family to get together for a few days. The lake is beautiful and the kids couldn't get enough of it (or me either). We paddled boarded, kayaked, fished, and swam. The home its self was the perfect size for all of 10 of us. Looking forward to staying there again the in future.
