Great location, close to Gainesville but with a country feel. Private lake, great for fishing, swimming, kayaking and boating. Fenced in yard, large enough for RV's, great for Gator Game tailgating. Home is fully stocked with everything you need, except groceries. We can arrange to have fridge stocked if you you would like. flat screen

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this location. The entrance to this home is very pretty. Yard is landscape and has beautiful trees. This rental makes you feel right at home. The only let down we experience was the beach shore is not what we expected. There was no white sand and we were unable to swim by the house or put our jet skis in. There is no boat ramp and the grass is grown up so bad that if we tried to put our skis in we could not. The neighbor beside our rental was very kind and allowed us to use their property to launch our skis. The lake is beautiful and we were able to swim in the middle of the lake and tube. Besides the beach shore this rental is perfect. The owner is very nice and we appreciate all her help. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make memories in your home. Janice & David Crawford

Summary: Beautiful home on a wonderful, clear lake! Unfortunately the pictures online are out dated and need to be updated as there is no beach or dock on the property, only grass and seaweed. We brought our boat and were surprised that a large portion of the time we were the only boat on the water, it truly was like having your own private lakehouse! It was a little odd that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that needed to be cleaned when we checked in and clothes in the washer and dryer, so we weren't able to fully utilize the property as we had planned. But the lake was gorgeous and we and our children thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Summary: The house was well maintained and comfortable. Very nice sun room with view of the lake. Owner was nice enough to leave us a fresh container of coffee to start our day.
