Summary: Staying at Plitvice Falls Cottage was a highlight of my trip! The location is absolutely unbeatable for anyone looking to explore Plitvice Lakes—being able to walk to the park entrance and trails so quickly made our visit stress-free and truly special. The cottage itself is wonderful; our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect, cozy retreat after a long day of hiking. What really set the experience apart, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious and a great way to fuel up for a day in the park. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

Summary: Very nice stay, comfortable rooms, breakfast is €24 per person which was not explained and we were asked to pay cash for all food and drink on checkout. We probably should have been warned about this before we came as there are no cashpoints within an hours drive!

Summary: ​5/5 Stars — A Truly Special Stay near Plitvice! ​We had such a wonderful stay at this cottage! Right from the start, the place felt so homely and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and recharge after exploring the lakes. ​Our host was incredibly warm and attentive—they were so caring and even worried when we arrived later than expected, making sure we got in safely and had everything we needed. The thoughtful extras throughout the cottage made a huge difference, and the food was absolutely delicious and tasty! ​It really felt like staying with family. Thank you for such outstanding hospitality—we can't wait to return!

Summary: We arrived late at night at Zagreb and encountered delays at the airport for receiving our bags and securing our hire car. We had only booked our stay that afternoon and I was nervous on how long the drive would take, whether google maps would be reliable to locate the cottage and also if check in would be a problem. Each step of the way, i communicated to the Host Natalie and she was so accommodating and helpful. She sent us videos and guidance that put my mind at ease allowing for a late night check in (roughly 12:30am we arrived). The breakfast the next morning was lovely too and rivalled some big hotels we had stayed in recently. We only stayed one night before going to the lakes - would not hesitate to stay here again - it’s gorgeous! There is great parking on site too. Two additional tips I would suggest for travellers. Book your lake tickets in advance in peak season (it gives you a window for entry). Depending on your fitness levels, factor in a full 6-8hrs of walking for the day if you’re doing both the upper and lower lakes. We were quite tired afterwards and would have been happy to stay another night but we drove onwards to split afterwards (quite intense). Just make sure you consider the size of the park so you’re not stressed as it’s huge! Thank you Natalie for making this trip so memorable - we loved every minute

Summary: This cottage was in great location to entrance 3 to the national park. The dining and amenities was top notch! We took advantage of their breakfast in the morning before our hike and it was delicious and filling. Just something to note that all dinner, drinks, and breakfast they only accept cash, no card. The staff was super helpful and was like family for our 2 day stay. This place comes highly recommended. We booked 2 rooms mid June and weather was pleasant. We had 3 kids who loved their soccer and play area out back. Really nice touch. Cristina Q.
