Summary: The room was immaculate and very warm with central heating, which was much needed due to the outside temp of below minus 6, Mae and Ruel the staff go over and beyond to help, nothing is to much trouble, for them, even helping to dig out snowed in cars, evening meal are great good choice of set menu or Al a cart, very reasonable priced, and freshly cooked to order, breakfast is buffet style with, a wide range of choices omelette and eggs can be cooked to order and again reasonably priced for the selection

Summary: Overall the stay was great ! Walkable distance to the entrance 3 of the plitvice lakes . The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, place was spotless and offered a great breakfast. The only issue was that the aircon was centralised and couldnt be controlled within the room.however slept well with windows open to cool the room down.

Summary: Started a great day for breakfast at the terrace. Staffs are friendly and helpful, just 15 minutes walk to Entrance 3. Lovely room with comfortable bed for next day walk. Food was delicious and value for money, just need to prepare more cash as they don’t accept card.
