Summary: We rarely rate properties or services, however, we have to say how wonderful our 2 night stay was at Plitvice Falls Cottage. Natalie could not have been more accommodating as she was very genuine in her concern for our comfort during our stay. She rountinley checked to ensure we were pleased with the room, services, dinner, etc. and it wasn't just lip service - she truly cares. So very refreshing. In addition, her knowledge of the national park and suggestions of how to move through it efficiently assisted us greatly and aided in our enjoyment of this amazing place. Thank you to the entire staff, kitchen, services and ownership for a wonderful experience.

Summary: The room was immaculate and very warm with central heating, which was much needed due to the outside temp of below minus 6, Mae and Ruel the staff go over and beyond to help, nothing is to much trouble, for them, even helping to dig out snowed in cars, evening meal are great good choice of set menu or Al a cart, very reasonable priced, and freshly cooked to order, breakfast is buffet style with, a wide range of choices omelette and eggs can be cooked to order and again reasonably priced for the selection

Summary: Overall the stay was great ! Walkable distance to the entrance 3 of the plitvice lakes . The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, place was spotless and offered a great breakfast. The only issue was that the aircon was centralised and couldnt be controlled within the room.however slept well with windows open to cool the room down.
