Positive: We spent our Christmas holidays here to visit family. The appartment has everything needed, and you have a wonderful view of St Austell and down to the sea from the living room. Tesco Express and Morrissons are within a 10- minute distance on foot, Aldi about 20 minutes down the main road. The flat conveniently has a separate parking space allocated to it, two bathrooms, a travel cot as well as underfloor heating. The landlords were quick to respond and super thoughtful, offering to bring fresh towels and linen after the first week of our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again at some point in the future!

Negative: It probably had the most uncomfortable sofa Ive ever sat, was like sitting of a park bench so hard. Mattress on the bed was so worn the springs played a tune when turning over. Very uncomfortable
