Summary: Enjoyed all the amenities offered. One major problem was not enough cooking pans. No large pan to even cook spaghetti in! Everything else was good. Kids loved it!

Summary: My family came together in the Poconos from NYC and Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. We all have big fur babies as well as one baby, and we found this place perfect. Four of my adult sons and their SO and my husband and I had enough room to enjoy each other's company but not be in each others space too much. Most of the time we were not there at the same time as our work schedules did not allow that the brief periods that everyone was was great and spacious enough. The game room in the basement was really cool, and I know my 8-15 year old grandsons would have greatly enjoyed. My adult children really did! The house was absolutely clean and decorated beautifully but very comfortably with so many little "make yourself at home" touches.

Summary: Cute home that was very clean and presents as depicted in the photos. Didn't have time to enjoy the firepit, hot tub (which is big and now under a roof for rainy days), or the game room downstairs, but there is a lot going on at the home. Proximity to Skytop is great. Host is very responsive - noticed the coffee pot was missing the carafe and she brought a replacement quickly). Only thing to note as another reviewer mentioned is there are no screens in the windows and the only A/C on the main floor is in the BR. Not a big problem for a June stay, but might be a problem in summer. If you're looking for a spot in the area, this would work well.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with hot tub getting warm and the owner stopped over very quickly to help, it was our ignorance of hot tubs and all was well. The house was spacious, hours of fun were had on the ping pong table and pool table. Kitchen was well equipped( minus a whisk and measuring spoons). The rooms were well furnished and we would love to stay again, we didn't have near enough time to check out all the fun things to do in the area.

Summary: Lots to do in the game basement! All rooms were as shown. Utensils in the kitchen were useful. Love that this is pet friendly and so did my 2 well behaved small dogs! My friends and family all had a blast here. Our only complaint was that the driveway was not plowed prior to our arrival and became a sheet of ice. Unsure if this was management issue or plow driver issue because a plow did eventually come (just a little too late)! We worked around the situation thankfully. Overall a great place to stay 😌

Summary: This house was as beautiful as the photos. Really don’t know what else to say. Tiffany was awesome to communicate with and I highly recommend anyone going to the Canadensis area to check this place out!!

Summary: We reserved this home for a family trip for 12. While the end of August weather was not tremendously hot, the inside of the house downstairs was stifling. The AC downstairs is one small unit in the window of the 4th bedroom. Same upstairs for each room which was fine. Despite weather of 60s at night, unable to open windows because of lack of screens. The home should not be listed as comfortably sleeping 12 people. We had two on pull out sofa and two on blow up mattress (which constantly leaked - resulting on sleeping on floor). The living room sits 4 comfortably. Dining room sits 6 comfortably - not ideal space for large family to have dinner or do anything together. There were not enough towels for 12 or plates for 12; or linens for the extra beds. The house is smaller than photos depict Playroom downstairs was as described but muggy . very little nearby - need to travel 10 miles for market

Summary: Our stay at Canadensis was fine. The house was very conveniently located near Skytop resorts and upon arrival we were very pleased. Although the house did not have central ac, the owner has provided window units which worked very nicely. My dissatisfaction came when I pulled back the bedsheets at 11:00 pm to reveal dirty linens on the bed. We checked some of the other rooms, and it appeared as if some of the other rooms had used bedding as well. We contacted the owner and she was very apologetic and had clean sheets provided the next day. But for my comfort, that was not soon enough…. Not sure I will stay at this VRBO again.
