1600 sqft Genuine Cabin w/ bright and airy living room with skylights, elevated ceiling filled with natural light, a wood-burning fireplace and lofted area and sunroom overlooking the Woodland view. This lovely home is located in a very quiet and peaceful location in the popular Arrowhead Lake Community, right next to a SWIMMING POOL (summer only), PICKLEBALL TENNIS courts and a big PLAYGROUND nestled in a serene woodland.
3 bedrooms + loft bedroom: 1 br downstairs (queen), 3upstairs 2full+2 twin bunk beds.
-Heating and Cooling: Electric baseboards for heating temperature control thermostats are in all rooms. 15 BTU AC for cooling in the main living area, bedroom upstairs has window ac and air cooler in the master bedroom, + ceiling fans in all rooms.
-Free Wifi (500Mbps Download/12Mbps Upload)
-Maximum of 4 cars permitted in the driveway
-Fireplace/Firepit: The wood under the terrace outside provided.
-Gas Grill: We provide gas
-Please comply to the community quiet hours and speed limit inside the community.
-Baby/Toddler items are provided such as Pack & Play, Crib, highchair, build in upstairs gates.
NO EXTRA FEES: Temporary membership fees are included in the booking, it covers access to all amenities, registration and 2 vehicles. Any additional vehicle $20 fee (maximum 4 vehicles). Number of guests, number of vehicles and vehicle info REQUIRED immediately after booking. Thank you!

Resort-like amenities for our guests include: Community lodge with a library, pool tables and a gym, 3 pools, 4 lakeside beaches, tennis courts, playgrounds, sledding hills, rentals of canoes / kayaks/ bikes/ paddleboards, fishing, and a Family Game Center.
Swimming pools are open only from Memorial Day Weekend (End of May) through Labor Day Weekend (Early September).

Summary: My teenage kids and I really enjoyed staying at the house. It’s a quiet pretty location close to the pool and a walkable distance to the beach. The house is very cute with many lovely details. It is clean and well maintained. It is also stacked generously. The owner is very responsive and friendly, and was very much on top of any questions we had. We are grateful for the beautiful time we spent as a family and created many special memories. We hope to come back again 💗🙏

Summary: This was a great fit for us as we had a one-year old and the host had all the baby equipment we needed. There were also plenty of books and games available for older children and adults. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils as well as the usual appliances. We had a great stay and the host provided detailed information for our check-in and check-out that was required by the community. Since we were there in January, we couldn't take advantage of all the outdoor activities that the community provides. So the community fee that is required to stay there would seem more reasonable in the warmer months when the pools, lake, tennis courts and other facilities are available for use. However, the cabin was very comfortable and well-suited for our stay.

Summary: The best hospitality I could ever received. I didn’t need nothing for-my stay. just bring food and clothes. Mrs tatyana and her husband was available when I need them. Plenty of room, games, holiday decorations every kitchen appliance you can ask for. I felt like I was home. They even left a gift me and my baby boy for his birthday. The best host of the year!!! I wish I stayed longer. I highly recommend this unit. Good old fashion Cozy cabin feeling. I can’t wait to book again around a different season to experience other amenities. Thank you again

Summary: First up, Tatyana is amazing! She provided all of the information before hand very clearly and with plenty of time. Always very prompt with responses to any question I had. Amazing service and professionalism. The cabin it’s so cute. Very comfortable, it was clean, and is very well equipped with anything you may need - I was very pleased as well as my family. Everything was in perfect working order and we did not lack anything. We had an amazing week, did not want to leave the cabin or community. The community is friendly, quiet, safe and enjoyable for all agar groups. Looking forward to book again!!
