Your perfect home away from home. Located in desirable Arrowhead Lake, you'll find a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home with open concept living. Sit and relax next to the wood burning stove or sip your coffee in the sunroom and watch the deer graze in the front yard. A hot tub is also available for your relaxation in our private backyard. We have WIFI and smart V's with HULU Live. --Central AC just installed January 2021--
While our home can host 8 people, the living space would be quite tight with 8 adults. I would think 6 adults could occupy the space or 4 adults and 4 children. We also have a minimum renting age of 25 and do not host parties (bachelor or bachelorette).
Our home is located right inside Arrowhead Lake, a gated community offering 24-hour security is an unbelievable location central to many major Poconos attractions. As part of the Lake's policies, and to access all of the features of the community, guests will be required to submit registration information for themselves and their vehicles following their booking confirmation, and prior to their actual stay. This is a quick and easy process which we will walk you through!

ARROWHEAD LAKE FEES:
Upon arrival, guests are required to stop at the Arrowhead Visitor Center to confirm their vehicle, pick up entry passes, and receive wristbands for all amenities of the community.
- Arrowhead Lake's Administrative Office has just announced that effective May 1st 2020, all renters age 12 and older will be required to purchase amenity membership for the duration of their stay, at the cost of $5 per person per day. These give entry to the community's three heated pools, community center, fitness room, pool hall, library, etc. Children under 12 are FREE.
-Until May 1st 2020, amenity access is optional and is $2 per guest per day.
-Vehicle registration is $15 per vehicle for your stay, and the lake adds a $30 overall registration fee to set-up each rental block. I will work with you to get your registrations completed days in advance of your arrival, as the Lake Office also adds late fees for registration within 72 hours.

Summary: Marilyn and Justin were very sweet and accommodating. They were very easy to get in touch with at any time the house is exactly as it looked online and very clean. The bottle of wine left on the table for us was a great touch . I would def recommend staying there . Extremely comfortable setting

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary getaway! Marilyn's home was absolutely perfect!! Marilyn is a wonderful host and she was extremely responsive. The house is extremely clean and decorated nicely! The kitchen is well stocked with many cooking utensils and a good amount of cookware. The house was stocked with soap, paper towels, and a lot of towels as well as blankets. The sun room was stunning and the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing! The fireplace in the living room was so cozy and the couches were comfortable! Everything was as pictured and described! The community is nice and we visited Arrowhead Lake, it was peaceful. We couldn't rent canoes or kayaks as it was too early in the season. We enjoyed Hickory Run State Park and The Boulder Field was as challenging as it appears....it was worth the visit though! The hike we took was picturesque! We really enjoyed hanging out in the house and we slept so wonderfully. It was quiet and the master bedroom's mattress was super comfortable! Marilyn was a pleasure to work with and she allowed us to stay past the check out time which was much appreciated. We highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We definitely enjoyed our long weekend here. The home is larger than we expected from the photos with lots of cozy spaces to use and enjoy. Everything we could have needed was provided for us including towels, hand soaps, kitchen equipment, paper towels, etc. Also the house was very clean as was the hot tub. The cold weather meant we weren’t here for the community amenities but they seemed very nice for summer visits. We could not have asked for anything to be different!

Summary: My new husband and I stayed at Mariyln's for a minimoon, and had the most absolutely wonderful stay. The house was AWESOME - had everything we needed, and Marilyn and her husband could not have been more gracious, welcoming, and helpful about our every question. I would recommend this house to anyone and stay here time and time again!

Summary: The house was very clean, but stuffy. Did not have curtains on any of the windows towards the road. No air conditioning, which we had the windows open with fans on and it was still 80° We weren't being loud and the neighbors complained cause they heard us talking since we had to have the windows open. The lawn coulda been maintained alittle bit better. Also ran out of toilet paper and washcloths. Need a place to eat out and enjoy yourself Murphy's hideaway is a great place!!!

Summary: House was just as expected based on photos. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 young children. The lake and pool were a short drive from property. Ease of access to nearby food and amenities. The deli shop located just outside main entrance to community had amazing subs! The only thing that was unexpected was not having air conditioning during stay but the house included celing fans in the main living areas and had oscillating fans in each of the bedrooms which made the nights cool with the windows open. My husband did not enjoy the firm mattress in master but I on the other hand didnt mind it. Fooseball table was an added bonus but unfortunately the hot tub was not in working order but there was communication from owner that she had tried to get it fixed before our arrival, it was out of her hands. Overall a great stay! Great communication from owner before and during stay!
