Summary: Good home for large crowd. Unfortunately, heater was running in the play room and bedroom above it, which made it unbearably hot to use those rooms. Bart tried to help, but it did not turn off. Next time please fix it. Thanks.

Summary: We had family coming in from as far as Pittsburg. Grand Leisure made sure we were well aware of the house setup and layout. We discussed the whole place in detail and that really helped a lot because it’s not a small place. Lots of moving parts. We were greeted by the owner and discussed all the details. Went through the kitchen (which is now completely different - renovated) you should upload a new pic, its much nicer - btw. It is rustic so expect a few spider webs, we didnt mind, we own a cabin ourselves. The cell reception is poor, but the wifi was strong. Texting and emailing didn't work well so our group was forced to talk to each other. That was secretly my plan ;) glad we booked here. Very communicative company. Thanks again. Ash

Summary: The cabin is located in a very quiet section of canadensis. The map was a bit off, but we read the lower review before we booked and coordinated with the host. Val. Nice guy. We ended up really close to Promised Land State Park. A really nice one. The property was spacious and huge. We kept going in circles in there. They were pet friendly so we brought Loki, our dog. We loved the attention we were provided and physically meeting someone on site was a nice change to arriving at houses we’ve rented in the past late at night, learning the switches and lights. We would definitely recommend this house if you have a large party. There was even a cute little cafe walking distance. Great cheesecake and a cool produce market on friday by the church. This property is not luxury by any means, but we wanted to spend tome together and it worked great for us. Highly recommended.

Summary: Positives first - we are a large group and with 4 families and trying to find a place to stay together in short notice was a challenge. So, we were really appreciative of this property with endless bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everybody. Also, the company which runs this place was very attentive and the check in process was smooth. Negatives- First the property listing is very inaccurate. It mentions as Marshalls creek which is minutes from Delaware water gap. They do not tell the correct address till you sign the lease which I felt was deliberate. The property is 30 minutes from Delaware water gap and is nowhere near where they advertise. The property needs a lot of upkeep. It’s an old house and being run by a company, only has the basic amenities. That’s ok. But it could have been better taken care of and cleaned better. There are cobwebs everywhere. Some rooms and bathrooms were smelly. I am giving 3 stars mainly for available in such a short notice.

Summary: This is the perfect place for a Family Getaway. The host VAL was attentive and met with us on the first day to answer any questions and give us tips on where to go. He really made our family feel Welcomed. The HOUSE is Amazing, and Stunning. Lots of rooms and privacy in many/most of the rooms, almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of space a lot of tranquility in the area. He also has entertainment for all ages. “Pool Table, foosball table, uno cards regular cards, board games, Dominoes, etc.” This house is stocked with everything needed. And if you need additional things there is a small supermarket and a CVS 3-5 minutes away. (Literally speaking) This house is PERFECT for all ages. We had the time of our lives and are looking forward to staying here again. THANK YOU, VAL!
