Positive: Vicinity to Sunrise Festival and the beach, good local restaurants nearby, grocery shops within walking distance. Beach chairs provided in the apartment. Underground parking spot. Wifi was okay for normal use (not enough for two video calls at the same time).
Negative: My card was charged 10% more than the price on Booking without explanation. Upon contacting the renter they didn't provide any more information other than referring to a second company. Upon googling it turns out to be a common issue experienced by people paying in foreign currency (they don't give you an option to be charged in PLN or your own currency). Other than this, only one hand towel is provided for two people, no towels nor sponges in the kitchen. There is a coffee machine but no capsules (these capsules are also not available at any shop nearby).

Negative: Very uncomfortable bed, couch and chairs. Clogged sink that I was told to pay extra to unplug!
