Positive: This was in such a perfect central Tuscany location. The property is so well maintained & was spotlessly clean. Giacomo was such a friendly, lovely host who had great advice or help any time I messaged him! The pool was also perfectly maintained & had such a lovely countryside Tuscan view. I also loved the vintage Tuscan furniture & terracotta tiles.

Negative: A car is essential for both this property & the region. It is a 30 minute walk from Certaldo train station & there are very few local taxis. Getting around rural Tuscany is impossible without a car FYI! (This is not a bad thing about this property but something you should know!)

Positive: Excellent place. The host is very helpful and nice. Access is very easy and despite being in an industrial zone, it was very quiet. The apartment was fully stocked and in excellent condition. I would go back any time!

Negative: Not really soundproofed. You could hear the neighbours.

Positive: We were self catering.The facilities was really good, the property sent messages to let us know everything was ready for our trip, any worries I had they assured me it was ok which it was, they were so helpful and were on hand 24 hours a day. Would recommend this property.

Negative: The only negative part of our trip was if you don’t have a car it is difficult to get a cab to pick you up and take you anywhere, but saying that the property accommodated us by taking us to where we wanted to go even picked us up from a wedding late at night which was unbelievable.

Summary: Really enjoyed our experience at this property.

Positive: This place was so clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus. WiFi incredible, along with the amenities in the kitchen. Would come back again, and telling my friends about this place. The owner was warm and welcoming.

Positive: The location is perfect for short trips throughout Tuscany. Perfect ammenities for long trips such as washing machine, dishwasher and a very complete kitchen. The pool was great for the hotter days and it has good sitting area. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, ideal for 2 couples for example.
