Positive: The place had the most incredible view of the mountains. The pool is of very high standard and very luxe. The apartments are perfect with all the self contained facilities stove, oven, coffee, fridge & microwave and supermarket 5 mins down the road for all the supplies you need. They are the most fantastic hosts. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. There is a fruit stop and a wine cellar just down the road with the best watermelon and best Chianti wine on offer.
Negative: There is not one thing I didnt like.
Summary: Quiet & Peaceful perfect for a relaxed Italian experience.

Positive: The place is beautiful. Grounds are well kept. Pictures donโ€™t do it justice. If you want to get away from the city but not too far, this is the perfect place. Modern amenities and all the essentials are provided. The host, Luigi, is nicest and easy communication. Kids used the pool and it was very clean and a nice way to cool off from the hot summer days.

Positive: Location absolutely wow! So peaceful! Thanks for all the tips really helped us during our stay here๐Ÿ˜Š I would definitely recommend renting a car due to its location you won't regret it.
Negative: 100โ‚ฌ late fee charge to pay. The situation was out of our control due to flight delays and we stayed here during our honeymoon so I was surprised about that. I understand the reason why but yet it's frustrating especially when it's out of our control. For the price paid at least every 2nd day bed sheet should be changed/fresh towels should be supplied. The bedframe it seemed too light and not strong. Everything else is amazing and thank you ๐Ÿงก

Positive: Convenient location for exploring both Florence and Tuscan country side. The highlight were the pool and the view of the hills around Florence ( incl duomo and campanille). Staff was very friendly and provided lots of tips about eating and parking in and around Florence. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery etc (incl. Coffee mashines, kettle and complementary olive oil).
Negative: Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again. Only suggestion would be to add bins to the bathrooms.

Positive: The location is perfect. Especially when you love a little peace time after visiting the beautiful places around it, like Florence, Sienna or somewhere else. And there are lots of wine estates where you can also enjoy yourself.
Negative: Well it might sound a little strange, but all of our bathing clothes turned a little yellow. There's something in te pool water. Don't know what it is, and didn't mind, because we needed to cool of anyway.
