Summary: Room was ok, as described but only had bunk beds with no sofa as seen on some images. Not ideal for a 6ft 6inch boy to sleep on. Location is on the bus route from Ravenna. Not many things nearby, a few restaurants, a shop and the beach. Pool bar closes between 1-3pm. Main issue was with check in. Arrived at 3.20pm to be told room not ready, and would be a little longer. 4.10pm I check again as check in is from 3pm. Told by staff that check in is ‘from’ 3pm and not guaranteed to be ‘at’ 3pm. Around 4.25pm I got the keys to my room after waiting for nearly 90minutes. Very insincere apology given. Asked for late check out and got it. Stay would have been much better had we not been kept in reception for ages. The reception doors were open and the air conditioning was off, so the long wait was like sitting outside.

Summary: Own wasmachine in the appartment. Great because of the beachtowels and we where traveling further. Nice kitchen en balkony Very loud crickets Old badroom shower Wel a big badroom Not so nice bed, you could not move your feet whithout waking up your bedpartner. A spiral bed not comfy at all. Love that the place was very clean en hyginisch. Love the beach and the people. Nive family quiet vacation

Summary: Great location, convenient flat with basic equipment. Close to the beach and shops. Unfortunately the loundry machine was smelly and the shower cabin felt dirty. The staff was very friendly. Wi-Fi works fast and has a good signal. Overall, we’d go there again.
