3 Bedroom House in Whiritoa

Private, renovated bach only 200m walk from the beach.
Situated at the southern end of Whiritoa you are only minutes walk from the beach and only a short stroll down to the lagoon, shop, kids playground, tennis courts, skate park and surf club (open summer only)
Large new wraparound deck and bifold doors from the lounge, spacious living area (with comfortable seating for 10) and dining area (normally seats 8 but can extend to seat10 with spare chairs available). Plenty of room in the back garden which is very private. Section is fully fenced - great for keeping dogs and kids in!
The bach is really well equipped and has a nice balance between a retro bach feel with lots of kiwiana art, but with all the modern comforts.
Well equipped kitchen, heat pump, 4 burner hooded BBQ and gas column heatersfor bedrooms.
Heaps of games and books to keep the family occupied, plus an extensive range of DVDs in case the weather turns.
2 brms (1 with king, 1 with a double/single bunk), and 1 cabin with ensuite (queen + king single)
Bring your Sky set top box as there is a Sky dish (Freeview and Netflix supplied)
Whiritoa is a lovely place to get away from it all, with only a shop and the surf club, but Waihi or Whangamata only a 15 min drive away.
Note this back is hired on a self clean basis. Guests are required to clean the bach prior to checking out.
If you're looking for a nice relaxing holiday, Whiritoa is your place!

Summary: We had a lovely few days mid winter. The beach was a very short walk away and perfect to walk the dog. The bach worked well for us with the kids in the cabin and as it was fully fenced the dog could wander around the garden but be safe (it’s only a fairly low wire fence so not suitable for dogs actively looking to get out!)

Summary: Thank you for sharing your home and allowing pets to join. It's a special thing to be able to take them with you and this home was relaxing and spacious for us. The fence was adequate for our greyhound as he's too much of a sook to jump it but our bitzer would have bounded over it easily if we left her alone. But, it was family time and the point of taking them with us was to be together so it didn't matter. We would love to stay again.

Summary: Lots of space inside and out. Everything you need and more. Close to beach in a very quiet attractive village in a good location especially to visit Waihi and Whangamata or wider Coromandel area.

Summary: This was the perfect home away from home. A place where our fur babies got to run around with gates surrounding the property, they had everything we needed for our holiday and much more. We made use of the fishing equipment and bbq which was well equipped. The bean bags became a favourite for us to relax on the large deck in the sun & there was alot of games both indoor and outdoors to entertain the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back again.
