Positive: Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Staff were attentive and always willing to help. Room was clean and modern, as was the whole hotel. Rooftop restaurant food was excellent, and airport pick-up/drop-off was a great touch. Ismael, the owner/manager, went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. This is now my go-to hotel in Addis Ababa!

Positive: Brand new hotel with all modern amenities, including free airport pick up, 24 hour restaurant , free breakfast. There are not many shops in the local are but then taxis are dead cheap. Thank you Alex for the wonderful service.
