Positive: It was close to all St Augustine attractions. It was a quiet neighborhood. The condo was really clean.

Negative: I did not see a bus service but driving to all of the attractions did not take long. It is not on the ocean/beach but it has a nice water view.

Positive: Condo was very comfortable. Access to the fishing dock and proximity to Green St public beach access.

Negative: There was no dishwasher, which is fine but was confusing because there was information about a dishwasher and even dishwasher soap. The dish rack there had no drain bottom and was pretty flimsy. It would have been better to have had a nicer dish rack and leave it set out. The hair dryer was barely functional and there were no tissues or even a spare toilet paper roll. Also there were no zip lock baggies, aluminum foil, etc. None of these things are expensive but are items that add a homey touch to the rental and have been in previous rentals. The master bed mattress seemed ready for an Upgrade. Lastly use of the grill was listed as grounds for removal. I’m pretty sure the grill was advertised as an amenity. We didn’t use it.

Summary: Comfortable, quiet condo on the Matanzas River close to public beach access.

Positive: These condos are our favorite spot in St. Augustine. Wake up every morning with beautiful views. We saw so many birds, a sea turtle, dolphins, and a manatee. This condo was clean and stocked well for 1 or 2 nights.

Negative: The only thing about the condo that I might wish was different would be to add a dish rack for dishes to dry since there is not a dishwasher. The queen bed was too soft for me, but that may just be a preference. This place was awesome, and those issues really didn't bother us much.
