Positive: We are unaccustomed to Swiss prices so it felt very expensive. Towels were on their last season,threadbare... side table was quite dusty. Check in & evening Staff were excellent. Love the room, the heating, breakfast was basic, poor bread choice. ( we stayed in 14 different places in 2weeks, I feel it's ok to have an opinion). Sister hotel in Grimentz was better for breakfast. ( Eggs was a rare treat) After walking in the mountains & staying in huts, this was one of the most comfy places. A perfect location in a quiet end of season town.

Negative: Window box person had forgotten to water the plants. No complaints, just observations here. We don't care much for anything. It was clean, just a bit of dust. I don't care about towels...

Positive: the room was cosy with a nice view and quiet. Breakfast was good, what we needed.

Negative: The menu on the website did not meet the real one in the restaurant (extremely reduced choice). If we had known this we would have had dinner at another place.
