Positive: The fact that Jame was always there when we needed him. Friendly and on top of everything. And always pleasant.
Negative: The fact I couldn't do anything because my knee was messed up from surgery. Nothing about the Resort thou.

Positive: Washer/dryer very convenient. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and tvs in each bedroom. Kitchen facilities were nice. Very clean accommodations. Indoor and outdoor pool were very enjoyable.
Negative: 2nd floor. Stairs. Very little body wash provided in 2 bathrooms. The table was too big for the space. Only 2 chairs on the balcony. Beds were hard.

Positive: Beautiful place and very good location. Beds were soft, kitchen was the right size with a wonderful bar top. The washer and dryer was so convenient. We also loved the games and ruku tvs. We would definitely book here again. 10 out of 10.

Positive: Clean, well stocked and taken care of. A home away from home! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice with upgraded appliances. The amenities offered within the community were definitely a plus. I would definitely come back.

Positive: Good price for three comfy bedrooms and three bathrooms. Staff were responsive to emails and helpful and polite. Clean space.
Negative: The hot tub is closed during the winter, which is when I would want to use it. There was no decaf coffee.

Positive: Location was good The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable The hot water was AMAZING! The streaming ability in each room was great! Coffee provided was fabulous!
Negative: The floors seemed to squeak a lot We were on the 2nd floor 4 o’clock check in seemed late for us but we dealt with it. The games seemed to had not been treated very kindly by others so our family was not able to use many of them. We would have enjoyed another sofa type of area or another comfortable seat in the living area - seating for 5 in the living area and we had 7 in our group.
Summary: We had a great time. The condo was definitely a great way to keep all of our family together!
