The place is exceptionally tidy and spotless - it truly feels like everything is cared for with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the hostess is absolutely wonderful - so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Positive: Nice place, clean room. Friendly staff will help with anything you need. There is a little kitchenette available to use which was great when you with kids. Plenty parking spaces. Thank you

Positive: Nice, pretty, and comfortable hotel. It is located away from the center of Zakopane and thanks to that the environment is calm and relaxing. The host is a very friendly and pleasant lady. There is a small kitchen corner on the top floor where you can make some tea or coffee, put some food into the fridge, or warm up it in the microwave oven. The car parking area is big enough so you can park there even when a lot of visitors came by car. There is a shop in 5 minutes where you can buy food and different stuff. And, of course, the Tatra mountains all around!
Negative: The soundproofing of the room door is weak so you can hear when neighbors are talking in the hallway. The hotel has a "keep silence at night" rule so when all the guests follow this rule - you can have a good sleep. Sometimes there was some noise from the building construction nearby. But it was during the day hours - when you most probably will be somewhere in the mountains. (some days I had to spend the whole day at the hotel because of my work)
Summary: A good place to have a relaxing time in the Tatra mountains!
