Positive: The kitchen with upgraded with new appliances and the downstairs bathroom was recently remodeled and looked very nice
Negative: The ac wasn't working and we couldn't use the hot tub

Positive: Pole House 15 is in a convenient location. It is close to the Sharc and within walking distance of the Village. The unit’s floor plan was nice: 2 bedrooms on the main level; a small single bedroom, a larger bedroom, and bunk beds were in the loft. The was also a third level above a ladder type staircase. The unit can house/sleep 11 people.
Negative: Pole House 15 was not well-maintained. The floors and carpet were filthy. We took our shoes off in the house and the bottoms of our socks & feet quickly showed dirt. A light bulb was out in the living room. A fan didn’t work in one bedroom. All of the fans had layers of dust encrusted on the blades and the outer cases. It took me an hr to try to clean one fan. When the fans were turned on, they blew dust into the rooms. In the bedrooms, the window screens had large holes, so insects could easily enter. The kitchen had an odd assortment of cookware that appeared to be discarded from elsewhere. One of the glasses had a hairline break along the side. There was no window covering on half of the sliding glass door. It had been removed; there was a hardware track but no horizontal blind. I regret not taking photos of this unit.
