Positive: Tidy, plenty of space and furniture and spacious kitchen.
Negative: The personal didn’t care at all, that a woman walks around the ground and asks people to stay in the houses. The police told us it would be unacceptable to postpone the renters directly to the police.

Negative: Loads of roaches in the kitchen. The automatic system to water the outside plants turns on at 2am and makes an incredibly loud sound that woke us up

Positive: Overall the unit was nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds were well kept and the pool / hot tub were a major bonus. The views of the whales breaching were effortlessly spectacular. There were board games in one of the drawers for those rainy days if needed. The access to an on-site laundry room was very helpful although a little difficult to access quarters ($2 to wash and another $2 to dry). The code entry door was nice when it worked. Many times it took multiple attempts for the door to actually unlock for us. The bedroom seemed to be pretty good with sound when the doors and windows were closed. We traveled with our 7 month old who we had setup a pack n play for her to sleep in. When we put her to bed in the bedroom, we could keep doing what we were doing outside the bedroom without her waking up from noise. The designated parking spot was right up front and helped ease our worries of trying to find parking if we left.
Negative: We had a couple things that were broken or broke up on arrival without fault or effort. There were a couple pests that popped up here and there that we had to kill and report to the hosts so they could get an exterminator to look into it. The power went out for one morning in the middle of cooking breakfast, and since it's an electric stove, we ended up with half cooked food. Power wasn't back up until hours later. Good thing my husband who was working from the condo had taken that day off otherwise he would have no way of connectivity for his video meetings. The upstairs guests could be heard very easily as it seemed to be families with multiple young children who would smack the swing on the porch against the wall or were heard running around the upstairs unit.
