Positive: Staff was super friendly and spoke english too. Very cool pool and spa area. Sadly I Couldn’t use it because it was full of teenagers 😭

Negative: carpet in a hotel room is always disgusting, but when it’s stained and dirty I just can’t. The shower also needs some maintenance. The silicon was coming off and it was very old/moldy. The bed felt also very old and made you roll towards the middle. I read in the reviews that beds were comfy, so maybe I just got unlucky with the room. I had a pet with me so maybe rooms for pet owners are worse? Even though you have to pay extra for bringing your pet :(
